Jesus Christ. Get in early on this one. Sunderland are 12/5 at home to us next week. We've got one point from six away games, have been awful in nearly all of them, and haven't turned in an acceptable league performance in over a month.

Now Sunderland aren't great but we are abject at the minute. They'll beat us.

Can't sleep, so just been doing a bit of working out. Been doing really well lately, so thought I'd have a work out of how well I actually have done since doing these "Andy Robson" bets.

Some have been tipped off by him, some I have done off my own back, as they're actually quite simple in my eyes.

They're basically the in-plays. You start with a tenner and you slowly build it up. You look for games that are between 45 & 60 minutes and you look at the stats. It's best to keep to games that are either 1-1, 1-0 or 0-0, and respectively you wait for over 2.5, over 1.5 and over 0.5 to hit 1.4 (2/5 to the fractional users). Pick games where it looks like a goal is coming. Put the bet on and wait. You need just one goal in half an hour or more.

A good example was yesterday, Gimnastic v Cadiz. 0-0 at half time, I put £25 on over 0.5 at 2/5, it ended 1-0. It felt easy.

I actually lost a tenner a couple of times to start off with, but I got it up to £14, then £19.60, and then so on. I stopped putting every penny of it on, because it gives you a back-up should it go wrong.

A couple of days ago I'd gotten it up to £133.33. I withdrew £100 of that (meaning I have covered ten "runs" to put it that way) and stuck £25 of it on that Gimnastic v Cadiz game. It paid out so it's up to £35, immediately went on a Dutch game over 2.5, in it came, £35 into £49.

I've upped my stakes, and earlier I went and stuck £100 on one game. Paid out within two minutes.

My balance is now up to £200. Intend to withdraw £150 and then keep playing with the remaining £50.

I have checked my history. Since November 5th, I'm £274.60 up by doing this.

I can't believe the success I'm having from it.

Withdrawn £150. Put £41.60 on over 0.5 in Socuellamos v Rayo Majahaonda at odds of 1.44, leaving me with £10 in my account.

Still about half hour left. Watch this lose now I've put it in here hahaha.

Won three in a row and got greedy. Got it from £10 to £48 then lost it all on an Ecuadorian game.

I genuinely think there's something in this. I've got my two mates on it too and they've both got a tenner into treble figures already. That's our Porto euros sorted hahaha.

Who did you bet on?

Please don't tell me Barcelona vs Emelec  :joy:

Not only has he been a brilliant manager, but also off the field in press conferences, interviews etc. he's a class act. Always says the right things and plays down any praise or compliments he gets. Legend, hopefully he is here for the long haul, and I wont change my mind on that.

Had over 0.5 in Aucas v El Nacional, £48 on at 1.4 after 55 minutes. Looked quite an open game but I knew it was curtains once Aucas got a red card and still looked to be doing the attacking.

Good, Barcelona vs Emelec is a clasico. Should avoid betting on those games.

Aucas vs El Nacional is fine.

Clearly not hahaha.

I think your first line is a bit of a myth too. Depends what you're betting on. Over 0.5 can be quite a wise bet.

Just put 3 on Atalanta to beat Juve at 8.00

Its risky because Juve are bloody good at home but Atalanta are in such good form that 8.00 is value to me. A win for them is not impossible.

If you enjoyed my tips for the boys last time out then jump on Norwich in the famous Checkatrade trophy again.

Klose, Mulumbu, Canos, Josh, Murphy and Whittaker are all in the squad while Swansea will play a load of kids.

Norwich -1 is about 5/2 and -2 about 7/1.
