Me and a guy from work have a thing about footballers you have forgotten existed. These take on two layers. Players still in the premier league but rarely doing anything discernible such as Steve Sidwell or Nile Ranger. The second layer is people such as Hatem Trabelsi or Jonathan Blondel ie used to be around but seemingly disappeared ..... Until you Wikipedia them. Any others?

Carlo Nash.

 

Left us because he wanted to be closer to London, moved 20 miles down the road to Wigan, then moved onto Everton and is now at Stoke.

 

He's played 13 games in 6 years.

 

Possibly the best keeper i've seen play for North End.

When I was at Uni and used to work at Pizza Hut (Yeah, I Know...) me and my mate used to kill time in the kitchen by playing 'the mediocre footballer name game'. You had to say one forgettable player's name and then the other person had to say another player whose name begins with the first letter of the previous player's surname.

 

It made shifts go quicker so I like this thread.

 

Christopher Wreh, Winston Bogarde, Bo Hansen, Havard Flo, Facundo Sava.....
